This short post is for those who are lost with where to start or what should they create and share, or how can they improve.

If you really want to spark things off and see yourself grow then building new habits is the key to gey anywhere at all. Now we know building new habits is hard but research and studies show that it takes two months for any new behavior to become automatic, on average.

It has been observed that if people have a clear task at hand, what they have to do, then it makes it much easier to start things. For that reason, I am sharing with you an ‘activity a day’, to start building a habit of creating things.
